Thank you for choosing AIVORO. To provide a faster shopping experience, all our products are shipped directly from overseas warehouses. Please carefully review the following policies before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after placement. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders. You will not incur any additional shipping costs.

Delivery Coverage & Timelines: We currently ship from overseas warehouses to the following countries/regions: United States, Germany, Italy, France, Spain.

Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery timeframe is 5-10 business days (calculated from the date of shipment).

The above timelines are estimates. Actual delivery may experience slight delays due to factors such as logistics carriers, holidays, or customs inspections.

Order Tracking: After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number to monitor your package's status at any time.

3. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

To ensure a seamless delivery experience, all product prices include any applicable customs duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), and other import taxes for your destination country. You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon receipt.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Package: If your package has not arrived within 20 days of shipment, please contact us at ivoupitis@outlook.com with your order number. We will assist you in inquiring with the logistics carrier.

Damaged Goods: Please inspect the outer packaging upon delivery. If you notice severe damage to the package during transit, we recommend taking photos on the spot and refusing the delivery. Then contact us immediately via email. For internal product damage discovered after acceptance, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the damaged item and your order number for proper resolution.
